APC Construction Inc. is owned by Angel Perez. Angel grew up in a Christian family where he learned important values that have changed his life. Based on this, he has worked using those values. In 2003, Angel moved from Southwestern Oklahoma to Stillwater where he had the opportunity to work in construction. He found out that concrete is art in which he worked hard and he learned. After many years of working in construction, in 2015 he decided to start his own construction company taking with him the experience and values a company needs.
